Elyva ("we," "us," "our") is a personalized behavioral coaching service. We take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at elyva.ai.
When you sign up for Elyva, we collect your phone number for account authentication and SMS notifications. During the intake process, we collect your responses to build your personalized diagnostic profile. During your coaching journey, we collect the messages you send to Elyva and the evidence from your daily check-ins.
Your information is used exclusively to deliver your personalized coaching experience. This includes generating your diagnostic profile, creating tailored interventions, sending SMS notifications about your coaching journey (check-in reminders and new intervention alerts), and improving the quality of your coaching over time based on your evidence.
By providing your phone number and signing up for Elyva, you consent to receive SMS messages from Elyva related to your coaching journey. These include daily check-in reminders and new intervention notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@elyva.ai.
We will not share your mobile information, including your phone number, with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver Elyva's coaching notifications to you.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data storage, Clerk for authentication, and Telnyx for SMS delivery. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your coaching data is used only to power your personal Elyva experience.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@elyva.ai.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You have the right to opt out of SMS communications at any time. You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@elyva.ai.
